Baroda Internet Banking
   

"Baroda Connect" is an internet banking facility introduced as an alternative delivery channel for rendering effective customer service on 24 X 7 basis. It offers unique customized services to both Retail & Corporate customers.

All customers can register under Baroda Connect for View and / or Transaction facility

Under VIEW facility customer can

  1. View Account summary of all operative, deposits , loan accounts.

  2. View all moltiple Account information online with a single user id.

  3. Get Balance enquiry, Mini Statement, Statement of Accounts, Account summary and Tax deduction enquiry.


    Under Transaction facility customer can (in addition to the above VIEW facilities)

  4. Transfer funds immediately or schedule for a future date to self linked and third party (BOB and non BOB accounts) through NEFT/RTGS or IMPS.

  5. Payment of Direct/Indirect Tax &State Tax such as Excise Duty, Service Tax, Customs Duty, Income Tax etc.

  6. Pay through Baroda Easy Pay - utility bills like electricity, mobile, Donations, Subscription, Travel plan booking online etc.

  7. Pay school/institutional fees

  8. Book Rail Ticket - IRCTC

  9. Subscribe and apply for IPO through ASBA facility

  10. Tax deduction inquiry along with interest.

  11. Submit Cheque book request.

  12. Stop Payment of Cheque.


  13. Facilities available to Retail Users only:

  14. Opening of Fixed Deposit and Recurring Deposit accounts

  15. Apply for Gift card

  16. Linking of PPF account and credit.

  17. Block Debit card online.

  18. Link Aadhar card online.

  19. Link PPF account and Sukanya samriddhi savings account and transfer funds to the same.

  20. Enroll for Pradhan Mantri Bima Yojana and Atal Pension Yojana (APY)

  21. Register for Mobile Banking and reset Mpin.


Additionally a Corporate user can:

  • Set up multiple workflow of initiators and approvers for transactions and requests
  • View all trade finance related facilities availed eg. Export / Import LC, Inland/ Export Bills, Forward Contracts Bank Guarantees, Packing Credit account etc.
  • Use Bulk upload facility for single debit-multiple credit within BOB accounts.

How to apply

Online Mode (For Retail Customers only):

Self-Registration using Debit card for Retail customers.

In order to provide customer self-driven interface for availing internet banking facility and to reduce turnaround time, we have introduced ‘Self Registration of Baroda Connect’ for ‘Retail Customer’, whereby authentication is done through his/her ‘Debit Card number and Pin’.


With this new facility, retail customers having our bank’s debit card, can register themselves for Baroda Connect from his office/home without need to visit branches. A link ‘NOT REGISTERED (RETAIL USERS) CLICK HERE’ has been enabled on the home page of Baroda Connect. On clicking the link, the customer would be prompted to enter his debit card number, PIN and expiry date. If the customer is already registered with ‘Baroda Connect’, suitable message in this regard will be displayed. Else, the customer will be taken to next screen for further details.

Eligibility for Self registration for Baroda Connect

  • User should be customer of any domestic Branch with valid BANK OF BARODA debit card and PIN.

  • User should have mode of operation as – SELF, EITHER OR SURVIVOR, ANY ONE OR SURVIVORS OR SURVIVOR, MINOR NATURAL GUARDIAN OPERATION BY GUARDIAN

  • User should have valid mobile number registered with bank.

  • Should have high speed internet connection.

  • Debit Card should have been activated at ATM (for first time).

Offline Mode:

Download appropriate internet banking application from the Home Page https://www.bobibanking.com/ and click on “Download Forms” to download form for RETAIL/CORPORATE Users or click http://www.bankofbaroda.com/forms.asp and submit the request to your Base Branch.

Note:

Retail- All Individual account holders should use the RETAIL form

Corporate - All non-individuals i.e. companies, partnership firms, HUFs, Sole proprietors should use corporate form

The form should be duly filled in, signed by all signatories i.e. all joint account holders in case of a joint account, all partners in case of a partnership firm etc.

The form should be submitted through the base branch where the customer is maintaining the account for processing.

Customer will get the corporate id and/or User Id at the communication address by courier and on registered email id .Passwords should be collected from Base Branch.


Steps to be followed while logging for the first time

  1. Open your Internet explorer browser and type www.bobibanking.com

  2. Click on Retail User or Corporate User

  3. Select RETAIL USER or CORPORATE USER

  4. Your login page will be opened.

  5. Type your User Id (received at your communication address / Email address) and Password (received through the branch)

  6. Click on Enter Tab button only once (Please note that the password is case sensitive).

  7. The terms and conditions page will be opened.

  8. After reading click on Agree button.

  9. A screen for setting personal message and security questions and answers will be displayed (For users with Transaction rights only).

  10. System will prompt for changing the password. Please change both the sign-on and transaction password in case you have received both.

  11. Note that the password must contain a minimum of 8 characters (maximum 16) comprising of an alphabet, a number and a special character. The password should not be the same as the user id.
